By accessing and using the Je’lure website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. All products are sold subject to availability. Je’lure reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through our site are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

The only exception applies if an incorrect item or incorrect size is sent due to an error on our part. In such cases, customers must notify Je’lure within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof for review.

If approved, the incorrect item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact before a replacement is issued. Replacements are issued only. No refunds or store credits will be provided.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you authorize Je’lure to dispute any chargebacks or payment disputes that violate our policies using evidence including delivery confirmation, tracking information, IP address verification, and proof of policy acceptance at checkout.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use or reproduction of Je’lure’s intellectual property, including images, branding, and content, is strictly prohibited.

Shipping Disclaimer

Je’lure is not responsible for delays, damages, or delivery issues caused by events beyond our control, including shipping carrier delays or misdeliveries.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and policies carefully prior to placing an order.
